The new Zambon offices are located close to Lugano, in a region where the Alpine Nature draws the horizon and allows to have at each window a panorama to contemplate. The design concept was developed on the theme of respect for nature. Certified and unaltered materials were chosen, treated with natural protection methods. This guarantees a result of ancient tactile and olfactory memory in the daily use of spaces. The Nature is part of the project with the presence of widespread plants both outside and inside the spaces. Even the mountain landscape is enhanced with places of contemplation and the chromatic and graphic choices are proposed in a logic of relationship or inspiration to Nature. Each work space has been designed to allow workers to manage their relationship with others in an appropriate and useful way. The use of "respect filters" can guarantee the maximum flexibility in the subdivision of spaces. The office is completely flexible thanks to the "filters of respect" but also to the mobile furniture that will allow to absorb the changes. Every single worker will find the right space for every need in team work or alone. Also for every need of detachment from work, for a simple break or for something more intimate and intense in the contemplation spaces.

I nuovi uffici Zambon si trovano nelle vicinanze di Lugano, in una regione in cui la Natura Alpina disegna l’orizzonte e permette di avere ad ogni finestra un panorama da contemplare. Proprio sui temi del rispetto della Natura è stato sviluppato il concept progettuale. Si sono scelti materiali certificati e non alterati, trattati con metodi di protezione naturale. Ciò porta un risultato di antica memoria tattile o olfattiva nell’uso quotidiano degli spazi, inoltre la natura è parte del progetto con la presenza vegetale diffusa sia all’esterno che all’interno degli spazi. Anche il paesaggio montano è valorizzato con dei luoghi di contemplazione. Infine anche le scelte cromatiche e grafiche sono proposte in una logica di relazione o ispirazione alla natura. Ogni spazio di lavoro è stato pensato per poter consentire ai lavoratori di gestire in modo opportuno ed utile il rapporto con gli altri. L’uso dei “filtri del rispetto” può garantire la massima flessibilità di suddivisione degli spazi. Un ufficio del tutto flessibile grazie ai “filtri del rispetto” ma anche agli arredi mobili che consentiranno di assorbire i cambiamenti. Ogni singolo lavoratore troverà lo spazio giusto per ogni esigenza di lavoro in team, da solo, al telefono. Ma anche per ogni esigenza di stacco o distacco dal lavoro, per un semplice break ma anche per qualcosa di più intimo ed intenso da aggiungere negli spazi contemplazione.

In all the office they are equally distributed places of aggregation like those more private. The flexibility of system of the office will give therefore the possibility to have a conformation for an eventual final period of Covid19, one more standard conformation, one more convivial or tied up to special events and one of which to today we ignore the necessity but that probably can be put into effect.

In tutto l’ufficio sono ugualmente distribuiti luoghi di aggregazione come quelli più privati. La flessibilità d’impianto dell’ufficio darà quindi la possibilità di avere una conformazione per un eventuale periodo finale di assetto Covid19, una conformazione più standard, una più conviviale o legata ad eventi speciali e una di cui ad oggi ignoriamo la necessità ma che probabilmente potrà essere attuata.
