Project for the new headquarters of one of Italy’s leading TV production companies, inside a sixties office building in the lively Garibaldi district in Milan.
The three higher floors host the management division and operative offices; the ground floor is a dynamic space partly open to the public, with spaces dedicated to program casting, a arge break area with a private garden in the back courtyard, and three meeting rooms that can be merge into a single one thanks to a foldable partition. The underground floor is where the actual production of TV shows happens, into 36 soundproof operative units.
A strong emphasis was put on the graphic decoration of the spaces, in order to highlight a new image for the company.

Nuovi uffici per la società Magnolia_Zodiak, importante casa di produzioni tv italana, all'interno di un edificio anni '60 nel distretto creativo di Porta Garibaldi.
I tre piani alti ospitano gli uffici direzionali ed operativi, piccole indicazioni cromatiche identificano i diversi dipartimenti. Al piano terra una nuova Hall d'ingresso introduce agli spazi comuni: una area Break con annesso Dehor, una grande sala riunioni che può essere separata mediante pareti mobili, sale casting ed ulteriori uffici. Nel piano interrato trova spazio l'area produzione, in 36 unità isolate acusticamente.
La grafica caratterizza tutti gli spazi comuni e la nuova immagine della società.
